Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions:

 

Rental Period: The rental period begins on the agreed-upon date and time specified in this agreement and ends upon the return of the vehicle to Prominent Studios Exotics.

 

Rental Fee: The renter agrees to pay the agreed rental fee for the duration of the rental period. Additional charges may apply for mileage overages, damages, fuel, or any other incidental fees incurred during the rental period. An admin fee of $120 will be applied to all rentals.

 

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of rental to cover any damages, fines, or losses incurred during the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded to the renter 14 business days after the return of the vehicle, provided there are no damages or outstanding fees.

 

Smoking Fee: A smoking fee of $350 will be charged if smoking is detected in the vehicle upon its return.

 

Use of the Vehicle: The renter agrees to use the vehicle solely for personal use and within the boundaries of local laws and regulations. The vehicle shall not be used for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to racing, reckless driving, or illegal activities.

 

Insurance Coverage: The renter acknowledges that they are responsible for securing adequate insurance coverage for the rented vehicle during the rental period. Proof of insurance may be required prior to the commencement of the rental.

 

Condition of the Vehicle: The renter agrees to inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damages or issues prior to taking possession. Any damages or discrepancies should be documented and reported to Prominent Studios Exotics immediately.

 

Return of the Vehicle: The renter agrees to return the vehicle to Prominent Studios Exotics at the agreed-upon date, time, and location specified in this agreement. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within [24] hours of the rental start date may be subject to cancellation fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

All Sales Final: The renter acknowledges that all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued after the rental transaction is completed.

 

Jurisdiction: This rental agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

 

Acknowledgement of Terms: I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this rental agreement. I agree to abide by the terms outlined herein and accept full responsibility for the rented vehicle during the rental period.

 

Pick Up/Drop off Location: All pick up/drop off will be made at (255 Dundas St W Toronto ON M5T 2W5)
